I recently had to replace my sunroof and passenger side window in my 2007 Pilot due to two different encounters with rocks on the interstate. The sunroof was broken, but still intact. I was told it was too dangerous to drive so I had to have a glass company come to my house. Gorilla Auto Glass came out the very next day and replaced it with no problems. They worked well with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them and have had to call them since that time. Happy in Anthem

I recently called to get information about replacing my cracked windshield. The man I spoke with was extremely helpful and called my insurance company while I was on the phone with him to confirm coverage. The agent was put on a “conference” call with me and after verifying all my information, she instructed me that while Gorilla was not a prefered customer of theirs I could still use them. Before I could ask what this meant the gentleman I was working with politely interupted and explained that some some other glass companies don’t stand behind their work if something should go wrong in a couple of months and the customer is left with the repair bill. The gentleman I was working with assured me Gorilla stands behind ALL their work and offers a lifetime guarantee. After proceeding with the order I was asked where I wanted the repair to take place (home or work). I chose to have it done at my homeand was quoted a time of 12pm-3pm the next day. The installer arrived around 12:15pm and was very professional and courtious. Before leaving he made sure any mess he had created was swept up and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Gorilla to anybody I come across looking to have their windshield replaced, and I will defineatly use them again if my other car needs replacement. (Craig D from Peoria)

From start to finish this company delivered. I contacted Gorilla Auto glass on a referral from a friend and couldn’t be happier with the service that I received. The office staff explained the claims process clearly and handled the process quickly and efficiently. I was offered same-day service and the technician (Fred) was extremely meticulous and knowledgeable and explained the installation process while I watched him. The icing on the cake was the $50 rebate which I received in the mail three days after the job was completed. Oh, and I almost forgot, I received a call about a week later from a Gorilla representative, thanking me for my business. All-in-all an excellent experience. Thanks Gorilla!

I am a Phoenix resident and have have 3 windshield repairs and 2 windshield replacements by this company. Two important things stand out that you should know about this company. They have very fast response time. (I’ve never waited more than a day for service) The other thing is that their technicians know what they are doing. I’m the kind of guy that watches to make sure that my car isn’t damaged and you can just tell when somebody knows what they are doing. I was not happy with the auto glass replacement job of another company so I went looking. I called Kelly at Gorilla and he was extremely helpful. He even arranged the claim with my insurance company without the need for me to be on the phone! Again, the technician that came to my workplace to replace the auto glass was on time and professional, and did a quality job. No mess with glue, dirt, etc. And to top of the quality work and service, I received my $50 check in the mail today, as promised. I have had about a half dozen windshields replaced in my lifetime and this company is the best I have found. They have great customer service and the technician that came to my house (Fred) was on time, friendly and did an incredible time on my Corvette.  Great attention to detail. I am very picky and will never use another company. If you have a collector or vintage car, these are the guys to use. They don’t leave glue all over the dashboard and really take their time.
